I have switched the default in Quickbooks to their normal printer on each individual report, and then closed and reopened the program multiple times to ensure the change sticks, it does, but within a day or two the change is lost and the accountants are calling me again to figure out again why it is not printing (because it's going to PDF/XPS/OneNote again).
I have 3 users of Quickbooks, I have it setup to run via Terminal Services and an RDP connection to each computer (Important to note that the following problem existed when the program was installed individually on each person's PC prior to the switch to Terminal Services).ĭespite what is selected as the default printer in Quickbooks, it still defaults back to either the XPS document writer, Adobe PDF, or MS OneNote. This problem has been plaguing me for weeks, and I can't find a viable solution.
Hopefully someone will have some idea of what might be going on, or some suggestions to try.
